Yes of course you can. Please provide us the collection and delivery addresses and the container number, type of container and approximate weight. Even better please send a photo of the front of the container with doors closed and another photo of the CSC certification plate to one of out contact details on the top of this page, WatsApp preferred.

That won’t be a problem in most cases, we can issue a new certificate in most cases. Please send a some pictures of the container , all sides and a clear picture of the CSC plate to our WatsApp or email above and we will assess and get back to you.

Depends on the access and the weight. Usually we send tilt trays to collect 20 foot containers which are under 6 tonnes heavy. There are also very limited tilt trays that can carry 40 foot containers(they are called super-tilt) in circumstances where theres an access issue. So it all depends on case to case basis.

Of course we do. We can collect, transport and store it a the nearest depot to your delivery address and deliver it out to you when you are ready to receive. There will be a redelivery and storage fee applied to your invoice on top of the quoted price.

No we don’t, but we can take a full payment upfront 🙂 But we do require a 50% deposit before engaging into any work just to make sure all parties a fully committed. We will require full payment before the final delivery though. If you have other suggestions, like a payment plan etc please speak to us about it we will gladly review your payment offer as we understand the availability of funds are different from case to case basis. We accept bank transfer, all major **credit cards and PayPal. **surcharges apply

In short, however long as you like. But please advise at the time of hiring as we have long and short term hire units available.

No we don’t. we strictly deal with rail movements and 10 foot containers are not accepted by the rail. You will have to look at a road freighting company for this.

Yes you can. But first your driver must be inducted to go into the rail-depot. Then payment and paperwork must be completed with us prior, and then we will issue a consignment note and a booking number which your driver will need to lodge the container with the rail.
